She particularly loves teaching gentle flows and yin and is passionate about bringing people the opportunity to bring balance to their nervous systems in our modern society.

Brigid Moloney

Yoga Teacher

Brigid infuses her yoga classes with a personal, lighthearted touch, feeling privileged to guide students through this ancient practice. Known for precise alignment cues and physical adjustments, she simultaneously weaves Yoga philosophy into the spaces she holds. She began training on Bundjalung Country in the Northern Rivers, NSW (Australia’s Yoga Mecca) and quickly built a dedicated following.

Her Yoga journey began in fast-paced London, where she sought calm amidst a hectic schedule of travel and work. Fifteen years on, she’s explored Vinyasa, immersed herself in Ashtanga, relied on Yin during difficult pregnancies, and currently gravitates toward Hatha and Yin. With a semi-professional sports and dance background, Yoga balanced her intense training with holistic well-being.

Brigid’s evolution continued when conventional medicine fell short in aiding her recovery after a serious car accident. Healing from meditation and breathwork, Yoga’s transformative power revealed itself. This inspired her to complete a 200hr teacher training and two 20hr philosophy programs under Darci Charli Dee of Australia Yoga Teacher Training.

Brigid has practiced Yoga globally—India, New York, Bali, Hawaii, and beyond. She is dedicated to evolving as a student and a teacher, continuing to study and update her training. Having recently settled on Dharawal Country in NSW’s Shoalhaven, she’s excited for the next chapter of her Yoga journey to unfold.
