Our Classes
DANCE
ADULTS
Our adults commercial, contemporary and heels classes are all about fun, feel-good moves, focused on moving your body to the music and challenging yourself through dance. A high energy work out, we start with a quick dynamic stretch or dance warm up, and then jump straight into our weekly combo, with fresh new choreography every week.
Move your body, get sweaty, feel good. Leave the outside world at the studio door when you arrive, and leave the routine at the studio door when you go.
We offer adults open dance classes in commercial, contemporary and heels. Commercial and contemporary classes require some dance experience.
Our easier classes are perfect for those looking for a gentler class and a little more guidance. For you, if you’re trying dance for the first time, getting back into dance or just looking to refine your technique.
Beginner Heels is a structured 6 week course, focused on the foundational technique and basic building blocks of dancing in heels. Build confidence and develop your skills through learning the essentials of heels technique, including; posture, alignment, walking, weight placement, balance, musicality, and performance quality. Each class will build on the last, progressing from foundational exercises and technique into fun, confident choreography and combos. No prior heels or dance experience necessary. Those looking to build confidence, go back to basics, or try something new are also welcome to attend.
