Professional training in a nurturing environment
Kids at The Studio learn to dance properly: correct technique, musicality and performance, in small classes tailored to each student. We hold high standards in the studio and keep the pressure out of it. The result is confident, capable dancers who still love coming to class.
RAD-specialised ballet
We're Kiama's only Royal Academy of Dance specialised studio, with a dedicated ballet faculty. Students follow the RAD syllabus from Pre-Primary through to Advanced 2.
WHAT SETS US APART
A wide range of styles
Jazz, contemporary, acro, musical theatre and hip hop are introduced as students grow.
Eventually, as students graduate they can filter seamlessly into our adults programs. Unlike most dance studios they don’t have to stop doing what they love once they hit adulthood.
Pathways when they're ready
RAD exams, competition streams, troupes and solos open up from Junior level.
They're an option available to our students but not an expectation.
Wellbeing comes first
Our teachers care about the wellbeing and development of your child.
Uniform, costuming, music and choreography are always age-appropriate. Students learn to look after their growing bodies, and there's no place for body-image pressure in our studio.
All teachers follow our Child Safety Code of Conduct.

Get ready. Students can wear comfortable exercise clothes for their trial. Parking is off Collins Street. Our Reception is located on level 1 of the Centrepoint building.
